OH WOW...so i don't use LJ anymore but that doesn't matter because i just need to spill about the KANYE WEST concert. so, i was kind of upset because common got arrested so he couldn't be there, but it turned out to be GOOD.
anyway, fantasia was first and she is a good singer. i wasn't really like, diggin' it but it was fun you know. plus, she has a song that goes "b-a-b-y m-a-m-a/this goes out to all my baby mamas". so we had a good time with that of course. then there was this guy sitting next to us and he kept STARING at us while we were taking pictures and stuff, it was so funny. then later he asked if we were freshmen and maheshie thought he was saying HS but he meant u of i and she said "no sophomore". it was gts. then jason arch and some other freshmen walked up so that was funny...and we were like uuh we don't know them!
so then we were like, ok they probably replaced common. BUT, they didn't! IT WAS KANYE! oh god, it was so wonderful. i took like 40 pics. we were in the last row of B section but like everyone else from our school except joe got C so it was all good! and i busted out the digital zoom so i got some close ups of kanye in his ILLINOIS t shirt. but like, i can't even begin to write about it because it was just SO GOOD. i am so glad maheshie had him as her first concert! it was wonderful. but anyway, that creepy guy was inching closer and closer to maheshie cuz you know she's a fly gal and he was tryin' to hit that, and she kept moving away, so by the end of the concert i was in the middle of the aisle becuase i was on the edge. it was great. and i bought a t shirt but it was a LIL expensive but I DONT CARE CUZ I LOVE IT AND I LOVE KANYE AND I WILL CHERISH IT FOREVER.
ok i need to get some food and go to bed now! HOLLA!

oh lj! it has been so long. so school started, its majorly gay. and i'm so sick of it already. tennis is fun, even though it will be over in less than a month. we've won all of our matches so far, by a friggin landslide, even though there was only 2, except at tournaments a few ppl win and a few ppl lose. especially at downers grove, where they're all really good.
yesterday at the bloomington invite me and alana played downers grove so they were pretty good, but we kept em running, but still lost, and then we almost beat bloomington but um...some things happened...and we lost. but we did split sets which took forever but it was ok cuz we almost won. i'm really sad i didn't get to see lauren though becuase we were at normal west and she only came to isu and was gone by the time we finished and came back there...but oh well. it was a lot of fun i think. except my sunburn is not fun.
adri's pool party was tight too. gotta love those. it wasn't as cold as last time either which was tight.
so i need to do something about my homework situation here. zero on math, fail history. decisions, eh?

i'm happy with my teachers but i still need to do the summer homework for chem, but ms. taylor said she doesn't even know if he will make us do it because he's new. so i think i'll just do it anyway, in case. i don't really feel like tracking him down to find out.
tennis...i don't even want to talk about. the people are kind of gay this year.
me adri and kelly had lunch yesterday, and then we went to dollar plus imports by margarita's, and bought fake nails. we were going to put them on for afternoon practice, but we decided to save them for the carwash. which will be even better! i'm so excited. gosh and kelly is so funny! i hope she comes to homecoming with us this year.

wow, its been awhile.
so, nothing else that has happened in the past 2 weeks matters except LOLLAPALOOZA. it was GREAT.
saturday began with ambulance ltd. we got really close because it was early, and hardly anyone was there yet. they were really good, and the lead singer is a HOTTIE!
then we went to kaiser chiefs, who i don't really like that much, but me and adri heard their songs like EVERY TIME we got in the car for tennis, so it was cool to see them. we didn't get very close to them, but they were so DAMN LOUD...and liz phair was playing at the same time so whenever they stopped you could hear her...and that was tight. they were telling her to shut up. which was kind of sad...
then we were walking back from our lunch break and we could hear dashboard [who we didn't see because we wouldn'tve had time to eat if we had, plus he is ANNOYING sometimes.], and we heard vindicated and i wanted to call cayla because i know she likes him, but i didn't have my phone or her #. cake was at the same time as the bravery so that sucked because i really wanted to see them. cake was kind of dissappointing, becasue they played most of the same songs that we heard in april. but it was fun.
then we stopped by billy idol for a song, just so we could say "yeah, we saw billy idol in concert." before dinner at giordano's, which was YUMMY, but it took us about 20 mins to walk there [it was like 10 blocks away, and we got wrong directions TWICE, AND the street was closed because they were filming a movie, AND IT WAS RAINING]. THEN it took like 40 years to get seated and get our pizza [which we had preordered].
we got back just in time to hear about 30 mins of pixies, and we got to hear like, the only 3 songs we knew. where is my mind was WONDERFUL...we had already moved to the weezer stage by then though, and so had like, everyone else. but they were next to eachother so we could still hear.
THEN IT WAS WEEZER...we weren't very close, but oh jesus...i have been in love with them for 4 years and i finally got to see them! and rivers...oh rivers! what a hottie. that was the last concert of the night, so EVERYONE was there. and there were SO many people. i'd like to know an exact number, but it must have been at least 10,000. so we were close compared to a lot of people, and i got some awesome pictures of them.
sunday was an early one, starting out with OK go, which was SO FUNNY. the lead singer is crazy, he kept running around and climbing on the sound booth. then for their new single, they had a recording play and they had a COREOGRAPHED DANCE. it was SO FUNNY. i wish i'd had space to make a movie of it.
then we had a break to cool off [becasue the heat index was 120 and it was FUCKING HOT] before LOUIS XIV. we got right up front becasue we were there an hour early, and they were WONDERFUL. its just so much more fun when you KNOW all of the songs.
then we had a pretty long dinner break, so we decided to order some jimmy john's, but the problem is there is about 20 in chi town, and we had to call ALL of them before we could find one that would deliver to us. then this hottie delivery man got to our hotel, and we watched him LEAVE ON HIS BIKE. because that's what delivery boys do in the city. and we felt so bad...because it was SO DAMN HOT. but that was one good ass meal.
the arcade fire was next, who i don't know too well but they were good. they finally played the 2 songs i know when we left for spoon. who was also good. and then we made it over to THE KILLERS just in time to get ok places.
OMG THE KILLERS. SO WONDERFUL. i love them SO MUCH! another good one, because we knew all the songs. and they have this double decker synthesizer which has rhinestones all over it. and it is just AWESOME! and OH GOD. THE LEAD SINGER! SO HOT!
then it was so sad because death cab for cutie was the last show of the weekend [for us anyway]. they were really good. i like them a lot, even though i don't know many of their songs.
so i got some really tight pictures though! and that's all.

well its been...awhile. i'm just not too interested in lj anymore i guess.
chi town with nancy and adri was wonderful...as are all miller family outings. i only bought 1 shirt...i'm saving up for LOLLA!!! we went to the zoo, and downtown, and to urban outfitters and those places by nancy's apartment. we ate some REALLY good indian food, and then had a meal with a rat tailed waitress at the golden cup, and had lunch at buca [which was SO GOOD]. it was just wonderful. oh, and kev got hit on. by a guy.
then yesterday morning i woke up 10 mins before i was supposed to be at atkins. and i almost died because we have to run like, a freakin mile for our warmup. BUT we did see CJ, brandon, tyler, whitney, josh [uuulllghhh], rustin, aaron and all of those wonderful people from nike tennis camp.
but our tennis class is so tight, me, adri, joe, kevan, kenisha, megan, and kyle tolliver [where on earth did he come from?][and of course some other random ppl]. and they play music while we're there...so me and adri got to hear sunglasses at night again and we had the pleasure of hearing kevan sing along to it.
today is just nasty. it hasn't rained all day in like 20 years. but at least i didn't have to wake up at 6 AM. but i do tomorrow. and then i have tennis from 7-8:30 and again from 10:30-1:30. so that should be fun.

so primus, as in, tommy the cat, as in galen, as in dorian, are playing at lollapalooza.
wow, um, it is strange to be free now after 5 days of having an intense schedule. we didn't have time for ANYTHING and now we have NOTHING, and that is just weird. i don't know if i'll be going again next year, but i really want to. like after a bit you get used to being completley sweaty and gross, and you don't even mind the heat anymore. of course, the farmer's tan and sock/bandage tan i DO mind. but its like, being with the same people for like 60 hours and then all of a sudden they're all gone is just WEIRD. i mean, i've been to camps before but that was different, because i knew that i would be leaving, but then now its like everyone else left. but the coaches were the best, i'm definitly going to miss them the most. what a tight place. and well...mark...he'll always be there but it is just funny when he sits in his car and randomly happens to appear when me and adri are doing something really, REALLY stupid. i bet he thinks we're nuts.
well then after being turned loose, we chilled with mel and olivia for a lil bit. and we tried to watch a movie, but i think we were all way too tired. but i tell you something, it felt SO good to sleep until like, 10 today. because dang i haven't gotten more than 7 hours of sleep in like 2 weeks. and i get all of next week off before my next tennis camp....thank ya JESUS.
alright, well i need to shower, then get on with my summer ritual of going to the library with nancy...although i have no idea what i'm going to get. so yeah.

oman...tennis camp is so funny. i mean, i get really aggrivated while we play sometimes but i try to make the most of it and the best part is...NO CONDITIONING. and kevin anderson and ryler dehart are always there...so that is awesome.
i played ultimate for the first time last night and it was so retarted. all of the girls were standing in a circle talking because none of us knew how to play, and then we we tried to play no one would pass to us. but then we played soccer so that was cool...and someone farted REALLY loud.
tonight we went bowling at old orchard [TIGHT I KNOW...except not overrun with trash this time!]. we went to DQ first and we were blasting 105.5 in our giant ass fleet of 15 passenger vans [btw our driver is NOT skilled in the driving area], and then we went through the drive through at mickey d's, ran over the curb, and then the vans next to us started rocking. it really is a WONDERFUL experience. then bowling...it was me and 3 other girls who are part of my team, and wow, we SUCKED. our team got the lowest average. but it was fun.
then on the way back we were blasting kelly clarkson and everyone [even the coaches] were singing along and it reminded me so much of our lunchtime singalongs, which made me miss the LUNCH BUNCH. geez. the lunch bunch.
good times. well, off to bed. hope this potential storm doesn't leave the courts wet because hell NO am i playing indoors.

mmm, well yesterday was my birthday, and i got my license! very exciting. then i had my lil party which was tight.
today tennis camp started. its really tight...the instructors are fun, and some are hot! one of the head coaches won wimbledon in like '77 so that is tight. me and adri are the only ones from around here, except there was this other guy wearing a urbana tennis shirt, but it turns out his dad coached here a few years ago, and his brother is gordon. well, otherwise it is HOT outside and everyone gets so sweaty and nasty. but since me and adri are commuting we aren't trapped there so we went to her house and swam.
well i need to get my laundry and go to bed cuz it'll be an early morning tomorrow. i hope its not too hot again.

today was...special. i had tennis bright and early, and then i came back and chilled in the hammock and read for awhile and tried to nap. but that didn't go over too well.
then it was off to driving. my last lesson aside from my test, i mind you. anyhow, i was walking along washington and alberto drives by in his ghetto ass car. which acctually isn't ghetto. but whatev. so i'm thinking, haha alberto got his license that's funny. then i see him turn into the school parking lot, park in a secluded area, and walk over to where we meet for driving. so i think, maybe he's picking something up from mr. m. but no, he's not. he definitly drove there illegally, and has less hours than i do, and then proceeded to fake call his mom and say "can you come pick me up" and tell mr. minnes that he was going to walk home. i just thought that was really, really funny. which also means like, last week when i saw him getting gas he was also driving illegally.
anyhow, i'm DEF going to miss driving with mr. m cuz he's SO TIGHT...but its ok.
i'm so excited that ol nanc is back. now we can library-acize ourselves each week with different trashy teen novels. and we may go shopping tomorrow, although i don't know how that will work out.
me and adri started season 3 of SATC last night and now i have to wait until like, next MONDAY for her to come back from baltimore so we can watch more. this is truly depressing.

well yesterday was...lazy. laid outside for about an hour, and DIDN'T BURN. even though i didn't have sunblock on. so i don't know if the sun in my yard like...isn't as strong as it is in adri's....but whatever. i did get tan though.
then i popped on over to adri's to finish sex and the city, which we didn't. but i had to get home before my mom got home because i kind of left a mess in the house and i knew she'd be pissed. so i cleaned that up, and around 7 returned to adri's to finish sex and the city, which we just so happened to finish in time for inferno II. what a wonderful show.
then i went home at 9:30, on account of i had to get up at the butt crack of dawn for tennis. which was cancelled anyway due to the henious rainstorm that took place last night.
boy, modest mouse reminds me of last summer.
now i am supposed to be vacuuming the entire house because of our little flea problem but of course just sitting around doing nothing and putting it off.
11 days until my birthday/11 days until i prospectivley get my license [assuming the DMV is open early on saturday]!

so, saturday was tight. brian's movie "premiere" was...funny. then we went to merry anne's and i had some dang good apple pie.
so then it was like almost 1, but me, adri and mel weren't tired at all, so we called a whole bunch of people, and thomas was like the only one avaliable. so he came to adri's and we talked for like 10 mins...then he and mel had to bounce.
then adri and i let our night of halo commence. we played for like an hour, and then we BEAT THE GAME. which was kind of depressing, because co-op is hillarious and now it would be boring to do it again, even if we made it harder.
last night mel and maheshie picked me up and we saw a gathering of WTs at hessel, so after we got tara we went over there, and it was TOFB, or tons o fun band, aka TRISTAN'S DAD'S BAND. so we tried to see if he was there, but he wasn't. then we went and got adri and leez and tried to make her call JTQPCP for like, an hour.
IHOP, was so tight. this asian man all of a sudden was like "RIGHT" and it was so funny. we were being so loud and disruptive. but man, it was funny.
so then it was off to stalk...tristan. and....yeah. we found him at the bball courts by phillips and tried to make him come with us to tara's. so then we went to tara's, and chilled while making fun of the polyphonic ringtones on mel's cell phone. too bad mine don't play anymore, cuz there's some funny shit on there. but t-mobile is ghey and changed it. so then tris and mike showed up [ew, i know] and we bounced out to the tramp and almost broke it. really, it was sagging almost to the ground. and we were being SO loud, so we just had to go inside.
then it was like 12 so we left. on the way back tris was like "WHO WANTS 59 CENT ICE CREAM CONES?" so we went to mcdonalds and got 5 ice cream cones, only the mexican who was making them thought we said "COKES" so we got 5 free large cokes, and our ice cream cones. then of course tristan almost killed us with his lack of driving skills. acctually he's a good driver he just drives a little FAST. but it was tight, you know.
WELLLLL i really need to tan again. so i'm off.

wow, i've been really tired latley. which shouldn't be happening, since this is summer. but i haven't slept past noon since...like 2 weeks ago. maybe that has something to do with it. oh, and the fact that me and adri play tennis every day and then sun ourselves for a few hours. that can take a lot out of you...
the point is, me and sadie watched 15 episodes of the OC in less than a 24 hour period. that was WONDERFUL. now we just need to watch the last bit of disc 7 and disc 4...and one of our summer missions will be completed.
well, getting my license close to my b-day is looking up. i have almost 4 hours now, and tomorrow that will be almost 5, and i still have 15 days. but then we're selling the dodge and i don't know what i'll do about a car until we get another one...oh well. cross that bridge when we come to it.
i really, really want to do something fun tonight. like, outside. i love being outside at night during summer. and i want to do something for my b-day...but i don't know what.
but i need to get out of the house like NOW.

oh summer. you are so good to me.
3 out of the 4 days of this summer me and adri have played tennis. and i'm really enjoying it. its nice to be good at something, but not so good that it like takes over your life and you're always busy with it. yesterday kelly and thomas played with us, and of course we couldn't stay serious. me, adri and kelly can NEVER stay serious. i got a lovley farmer's tan. or burn, rather. then today it got worse because me and adri played for almost 2 hours in direct sunlight. man...i bet i lost about 5 pounds of water weight because it was HOTT.
then i tried to wash mr. dodge intrepid...but to no avail. that thing is just messed up. i mean yeah, it looks cleaner, but now you can see all of the scratches and dents and stuff in it since the dust isn't covering them anymore.
i backed it out of the driveway...ummm i don't even know how my mom used to drive it. the steering wheel DOES. NOT. TURN. and momma said we'll be saying good bye to it soon because she is getting ready to sell it. not that it will go for much...but that means i get a new car. which will most likley be a pontiac boneville because "they are big and safe" like my mom says. or some other form of an old lady church car. but hey...it will be less ghetto than a lot of people's cars and i'm just happy i'll have something to drive!
WELL, hopefully tonight me and sadie will continue our OC season 1 saga which i have been waiting for all this time. i'm so excited.

summer, is already here. it still hasn't set in, but i'm sure it will by tomorrow when i don't have to wake up at 6:40 AM to go to school. except the week after i'll have to wake up at that time or earlier to go to tennis. but i can come home and nap after that. and read in the air conditioning. and wake up at noon and shower to flashback cafe. and tan.
but seriously, this year went by like LIGHTNING. i mean, i sware it was only yesterday that christina had her going away bbq, and only yesterday that i was jumping out of my skin because it was the OC premeire, only to skip it to go to the primetime vs. ghetto basketball game at brookens. it truly was a great year.
and it will be an even better summer filled to the brim with tanning, gossip girl, lollapalooza, tennis, swimming, harry potter, other reading, kingdom hearts, halo, flashback cafe, excessive renting of season DVDs, and even more tanning.

this weekend went way too fast. i'm so not ready for finals...i just have NO willpower to study whatsoever.
i can't beleive my sophomore year is done in 4 days. 4!
i am NOT excited for tomorrow. i hate review days. but i guess i got a break friday so i can put up with it one more day. i'm gonna miss PE.
saturday me and adri played doubles with thomas and daniel. that was some funny shit. me and adri beat them twice, but then me and thomas lost to adri and daniel several times.
i'm getting so unhealthy though. all i did last night was go to graduation parites and eat brownies and cake and shit. like, me and molly had platefuls of junkfood and were stuffing our faces. i need to stop that or i'm going to get diabetes.
momma ordered a hammock the other day! i'm so excited for this summer.
me and adri were messing with people in chats last night and one of them acctually believed that i was dee brown. and i was making racist jokes and playing 20 questions with them. and they still believed me. we do some crazy shit at 4 AM. we don't need any ganja to trip off of.

ok. this week is going ridiculously slow. i hate reviwing for finals. i HATE it. it makes me not want to participate in school anymore because it just stresses the hell out of me.
i can't believe today was the senior's last day. that makes me so sad. and i only got...oh wait, i didn't get ANY seniors to sign my yearbook. except i will get julian to sign it becasue that is my mission in life. and kev will sign it tomorrow at lunch hopefully. and i better get christina and the laurens over the summer.
well i just updated my lj info and it says i can't add any more interests because i have too many. that's pretty funny.
BUT, it is official that i will be attending lollapalooza! the reciept for the tickets is right next to me and i am just SO EXCITED. i hope coy goes too because that would just be hillarious. EEEEE!

well, it is almost definite that i am going to lollapalooza for my birthday. i kind of wish it wasn't for my birthday though, because that means i can't go shopping. but it will be super fun i know it! now i just have to make sure adri still wants to go, and if she doesn't, well then i'm screwed and i'll have to find someone else to go with.
this week seems to be going relativley slow. but i don't mind it, because next week is finals, and although this weekend is 3 day, i know that most of my time will be taken up by studdying for/worring about finals. i have a lot to do and not very much time to do it in.
tomorrow it is one month until my birthday. that means less than a month until summer officially starts, and just over a month that i'll be in tennis camp, and just over a month until d day, or the day i get my license.
well i am putting off my german homework. even though i have a 107% in that class i need to keep it up and do well on my final because i got a c last semester. which i always get in german, i just got lucky and frau gave out about 50 or more points of extra credit this past quarter.
i'm also very proud of myself because i think i did really well on my math test. i'm talking like high b or maybe if i'm lucky an a. which would help my terrible grade from last semester which is so close to a d its not even funny.
well. i need rest.

wow i can't believe how fast this week went. then we only have like two more, AND we already got our yearbooks, which is crazy becasue i completley forgot about them until yesterday when mrs. yarber told us about it. which made me just say "WOW" because i didn't realize how close school is to being over. in a huge way i want it to end but in another i don't, because that means next time i'll go back i'm a junior....and i have to get serious about what i'm going to do with the rest of my life. which i have no idea what to do with.
well tonight better be fun becasue the past few weekends have been pretty lame. i'm sure it will be though i mean, you mix food and people and there will always be good times. i'm so excited about CHEESECAKE! mmmm. well its almost 7 so i better get a move on if i have to walk.

it is now 6:16 PM and i have done all of the following since i got home at 4:
-algebra homework [all of it for today]
-am gov homework [so proud that i remembered, 1st hour is really like another dimension i always forget it]
-studied for my chemistry test
-swept the front steps and sidewalk which are now free of pine needles and/or dirt
-rearranged the rocks and things on the front stoop
-trimmed the ivy type vine thing that grows to the left of my doorway
and i feel so. damn. accomplished. i now have another 4 hours to sit around and watch tv and stuff and be worry free! its like, all of a sudden i started putting my all into school. i was trying before, but now it is more of my number one priority. no more sitting at the computer/in front of the TV for hours when i come home. it is straight to the books.
now that i am stress free about homework, i am just hoping that finals will NOT be as HORRIBLE as they were last semester.
hmm. i'm feeling sort of lonley because i have nothing to do. and my mom is not going to be home from work until late. latley, i find myself wishing more and more that i had a brother or a sister. and don't try to tell me how annoying it is because no, i will never understand and you won't ever understand how it is to be the only one and you're always lonley. of course, i also find myself wishing my dad lived with me too and i used to be glad it was just me and my mom. maybe i'm just going through a weird phase or something.

well my internet is finally working again.
on sunday my mom and i went through old pictures and we found the
pictures of her and her motorcycle. those are the funniest pictures
i've ever seen. plus we found family photos from the 70s and they are
so cool. we also found the pictures from when she went to europe with
my dad. and pictures of me and my dad when i was a baby. so maybe i did
live with him for a little while in ohio.
yesterday i stayed at algebra after school and i understand everything
now. and that test today...i know i made one stupid mistake but the
rest i think i did ok on...
this week is going just like last week. slow monday and tuesday, then tomorrow its already thursday.
i just finished my english paper! that is the fastest paper i've ever written....it only took about an hour and a half.

wow, i feel so productive. in the last hour i finished my band paper and my american government writing assignment. now i just have 2.4 to do...which will probably take me about a year and a half.
i pretty much spent all day today at hancock fabrics with my mom picking out stuff for the living room area upstairs. since the carpet is like, shit brown, up there we had to pick carefully. but we decided to keep the foutons [we have 2 fouton mattresses up there on the floor] up there and just set them up like couches against the wall so we can like spread them out and whatever when we want to watch movies. and we have a ton of pillows so that will make it extra comfy. well we got black for the foutons, and light bright pink, orange, pink and black for the pillows. i hope it turns out ok. we really didn't have any direction with this room [the other ones just fell into place].
then i tottled on over to nancy's house and we looked at miller family photo albums [which were HILLARIOUS...naked baby pics of kev hahhahhahah]. then we made this really scary angel food cake which rose like 2 feet in the oven and the top got burned. but it was good.
then i came home early because i was tired, but after thinking about it i decided i should really do some homework. and i'm so glad i did. now i feel much less stressed about the coming week. i'm not sure what to do at all for my english paper. i hate that class so much. but i love it at the same time too.
i can't wait until adri gets daft punk and hot hot heat because i am so excited to burn them off of her. it is great to have a friend who buys every CD imaginable. i don't buy anything. and that's the way it should be.

well as soon as i thought this week was going slow it started to go fast.
today i was so damn tired i just wanted to go home and curl up in a ball and sleep. but then i played sims for like 20 mins and decided i was completley bored and didn't feel like laying around afterall. then my internet started being shitty. then i got really lazy again and watched 20/20 on aaron carter and some other child stars which was highly entertaining. acctually it was hillaroius. aaron carter is such a pimp.
adri called me and she wants to see hot hot heat and interpol [and queens of the stone age but i don't care about them] in chicago the last day of school. which means we'd have to leave right after we finished our finals. i really want to go because i've wanted to see interpol for a long time, and i really like hot hot heat. BUT the only drawback [and it's a pretty big one...] is that the tickets cost $80. and i definitly would have to save up for about a month or more to make that. and that's not including food and if i have to pay for part of the hotel room. which i probably will, which is fine. but its just making me not want to go because thats a lot of money for a concert. BUT interpol is touring europe for like the rest of time so who knows when they'll come back to chi-town or anywhere remotley close...
anyway i am once again really really tired [yes, i am aware that it is only 10:45]. and my mom wants to go driving early [GOD i sware i am NEVER going to get my license. like, really. never. i honestly don't think i'll ever be signed up to drive after school]. not that i need the hours or anything i've driven so much. I JUST WANT MY DAMN LICENSE. i hate walking everywhere.
my mom's birthday is on sunday and i have no idea what to get her.

man this week is going slow. i'm seriously losing my mind.
me and mel went to lunch with olivia today and we almost died. mel was sitting in the middle and she pushed the gas [she didn't know she was doing it] while olivia had her foot on the brake so the truck like went crazy and skidded backwards, then olivia took her foot off the brake and we started peeling out backwards. and no one knew what was happening and we were all screaming. and we stopped just in time to not hit the neighbor's car. it was pretty DAMN funny. and scary.
then after lunch i went to my locker to get my german book, and i get up to my locker, and realize that i have completley forgotten my comination. this has never happened before! i've been using that locker for almost a year and i go to it like 6 times a day. no matter how hard i tried to think i could NOT remember it! so i tried like 10 different combos that i thought sounded like mine. so that really freaked me out. then i was trying to remember it by thinking about how i turn the thingy because you usually can't just pull a combination out of your ass you have to think about how you do it for a few seconds. but i STILL couldn't remember it. so by this time i'm like 3 minutes late to class so i was like, forget it.
then after 6th hour i had to put away a book and i STILL couldn't remember it! i tried a few more numbers and then LUCKILY me and mel share a locker or i would be locked out of it still. she came by and i was like "I FORGOT MY COMBINATION!" i mean, it really freaked me out. and i even had opened it twice that morning! it was just the weirdest thing ever. but now i know it because she told me. i guess its because my PE combination overtook my memory or something. but that doesn't explain why i forgot it after i'd already opened it today. whatever. it was SO weird.
PE was SO funny today. we couldn't go outside to play tennis so we practiced serves, backhands and forehands in the gym which is a HORRIBLE idea with my class. so everyone was pretty much trying to hit eachother with the balls the whole time. but it was hillarious. i may have hit lance where the sun don't shine but i'm not sure if that was my ball, and rachel hit my kneecap REALLY hard. mr. minnes is SO TIGHT!

well, if saturday night wasn't the second best night of my life then i don't know what was.
all day saturday i went shopping/returning with my mom, which was pretty long, drawn out and boring. BUT i
did get her to finally look at new cell phones for us, since t-mobile
is such a P.O.S. with service. i'm pretty sure we're getting verizon
but she wants to get shit ass phones again and i'm like HELL NO because
no way am i using a phone i fucking HATE for another year. or even two
depending on which contract we get. so the one i'm prospectivley
getting is ok except its black, and i think black phones are kind of
trashy. the one that i really want has an mp3 player in it which would
be tight tiddly tight tight tight.
then i met up at baker's square with adri and mel. then of course our
evening began with sitting around at adri's for like an hour. like
friday, except on friday we didn't go anywere. then joe and micah
picked us up and we drove around, and around, and around. then mel has
this brilliant idea and she says "lets go to julian machala's house."
so we were already in the neighborhood and we just parked outside of
his house and called him. we watched him rape both joe and micah in
ping pong and he told us this hillarious story of some random kid he
played ping pong with. then he busted out his violin and played us such classics as kanye's workout plan
[my personan favorite!!!!], country grammar, tearin' up my heart, and
several SEVERAL others. no. i ways DYING. that was the best night EVER!
then we left.
so after that we drove around for another 8 years, spied on some
illegal activities, got chased [no im jk but that would be funny] down
the street by tyler isaakson and some other people, and headed over to
the high school to check out the bronze tiger's family jewels, which we
couldn't find. so we drove around some MORE [keep in mind this whole
time we're pretty much making a circle around yankee ridge and the
aforementioned illegal activities] finally ending up in alex's driveway
[alex was not home]. then alex pulls up and joe's like "DUDE THE
TIGER'S BALLS ARE GONE." so alex speeds off in rage and we follow him,
meeting up at the high school. and the tiger's balls were, in fact,
still there. we failed to look in his anal region and that is
apparently where a bronze tiger's balls are.
then we switched cars and rolled off to the crystal lake ghetto and
almost died. no i'm jk but we almost got lost. then we dropped joe and
micah off and adri forced me to stay the night.
so me and adri got crunked again [naw i'm jk]. we DID however do some
webpage making and it was all quite a good time. and we took some
GREAAT pictures. and then fell asleep to some nick @ night show.
then i got like no sleep and had to get up for the tennis match at
atkins. but it was fun because a lot of the team was there and we
chilled. then we had monical's [MMMMMM] and talked a whole lot and it
was just good fun. i'm SO excited for next season varsity here i come!
yeah alright.
well i have homework out the ass because some of my teachers [aka the
male ones but not mr. minnes] are extremley GHEY and i hate them.

tonight was pretty laid back. and by laid back i mean lame. except when mel dropped me off and we coasted all the way down my street and back to my house without stopping [except once that didn't count]. i'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo unimaginably exhausted right now though i can barley sit upright. we all got reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally silly [ha ha haaaa silly] and well did NOT drive around to people's houses looking for certain types of cars. no. wow i didn't have like any food today. real food anyway except el toro at lunch which was goofd. and we were watching all the videos on ebaumsworld and we could NOT quit laughing and mel sat on my foot and made me fall off the bench. what a time. then i slid out of the hcair because i couldnot hold myself up any longer.

ok, i'm sorry. i just can't stop obsessing about the concert!
so last night my mom calls me around 4:45 and says that it just started
pouring and storming in mahomet. so i had to leave even earlier for
nancy's because i had to walk and i did not want to get caught in the rain.
by 5:30 it was pouring. we left for some jimmy john's and somehow it started to rain even harder.
it hasn't rained this heavy here in a long ass time. so henri said we
shouldn't bother going so early because he didn't think many [if any]
people would be in line yet, so we ate at jimmy's which i have been
craving for such a long time. needless to say, we got completely soaked
walking to and from the car.
so we get to the assembly hall an hour and a half early, and there were about ten people there. only ten. already there were huge
puddles and we got soaked again running all the way from the parking
lot. keep in mind nancy, sadie and i were all wearing white beaters
[which came in good use later!]
some people gave us pressure chief stickers and they let us in a few
minutes later. so i bought my lovley cake shirt, and we got our
wristbands and we got right up against the gate. which was a more heavy-duty gate than the one they had at TBS/JEW which i thought was pretty funny.
then eveyone started coming. there were so many people from school. it was really tight.
robbers on high street played
first. they were SO. GOOD. no. like, i REALLY liked them. and they were
all like short and skinny and looked so tiny and young. it was
prescious.
gomez played FOR FREAKING EVER.
really. its like they wouldn't leave. they were this really annoying
british band who thought they were cool, but really, they were just
confused about their sounds. like, the lead singer sounded like Oasis,
and some of their songs sounded like something from dave matthews. and
then they were trying to stick hard rock elements in there, and that
just did NOT work. plus, it made it unenjoyable because i was just
wishing for cake the whole time, and they played 15 minutes longer than
the schedule said. so i was just getting hella impatient. and to top it
all off, they were so loud my whole body was vibrating and i had to
cover my ears for almost the whole time.
then it was FINALLY time for cake.
i've seen pictures of them, but really they just don't fit together.
like, it was so hard to believe the lead singer's voice was coming out
of him. and i'm listening to
pressure chief right now and i am having the hardest time picturing him
singing all of this! but they were
so. fucking. amazing.
like, nothing could have prepared me for them. and it was completley
awesome knowing all of the songs and singing along the whole time
[unlike i could do at JEW/TBS]. AND THE TRUMPET PLAYER.
he is my fucking HERO! they are just SO GOOD and SO MUCH BETTER LIVE!
everything was perfect. and they played almost all of my favorite
songs.
they finished around 11:30, and we went to get more stuff. i bought a
robbers on high street shirt [which i wore today], and the guys from
ROHS [we'll abbreviate it like that for now] were standing next to the
merch place just hangin out, so we talked to them and i got them to
sign my beater and one of the guys wrote "i <3 broccoli" because he
wanted to be original. I LOVE THEM! they really are tight.
i just wish i could've gotten pictures! we weren't allowed to have
cameras but i brought mine anyway but since the security guards were
right in front of us we couldn't bust them out.
but that was totally the best night of my life. it seems so surreal now
.

so i officially did not do ANY homework tonight and i probably won't do it tomorrow night either. i'm beginning to sense a case of "senioritis" [though i'm only a sophomore] once again. but i do have an A+ in chem SOOO i think that makes up for it.

i'm so proud of myself for waking up early every day this weekend. today i woke up at 9 again. then i spent the whole morning raking leaves with my mom. i think you could get the idea of how many we had if you were to drive by our house and see about 20 bags full there by the curb. and we still have MORE to bag. I KNOW. ITS INSANE. I HATE LEAVES.
then adri picked me up and we went to atkins to watch the mens tennis match. there was acctually a LOT of people there. i thought it would be like some creepy instructors from atkins and that was all but NO. i acctually only saw 2 of those [mark and alex]. but joe was also there because he is just a TIGHT PIMP and so was paige but i figured she would be. but it was really fun to watch them and QUITE asthetically pleasing i MUST say there are some HOTTIES on that team! me and adri have decided to stalk the now-freshmen until they graduate...because we're cool.
then it was time for forum. that was one LONG ass play. then the fat man threw a rubber chicken at us and it landed in my seat because i was leaning over because OH MY GOD THIS LADY SITTING NEXT TO ME. I REALLY WAS ABOUT TO SLAP HER. so i really didn't know what was going on until the chicken comes straight to us but the lady was SCREECHING with laughter and we were all like "what the hell is she thinking?" and i'm over here CRYING from laughter and all of a sudden this RUBBER CHICKEN comes hurdling towards me. so i threw it back onstage and it GRAZED THE TOP OF THE CELLO PLAYER'S HEAD. and he didn't even LOOK UP. it was SO DAMN FUNNY. then nancy...well...had a nancy moment...needless to say i cried again. then this old black man was sitting behind us and says "dirty old man" and I JUST LOST IT. i couldn't CONTAIN myself. good christ.
then i came home and raked MORE. yes MORE leaves. so we now have DIRT in the back yard rather than leaves, and it looks quite plain. i wish we could grow grass BUUUT we have a cedar tree and it puts too much acid into the soil with its needles. or whatever. its gay.
oh yeah, and i found out there are 5 foreign students living in the house behind mine so i'm thinking...hotties? but i haven't seen any of them yet.

last night nancy, adri and i watched a show about texas and i can't remember what it was called, but OH JESUS. it was SO FUNNY.
but yesterday was SUCH a pretty day! i'm so glad it was an early dismissal because OH! i just LOVED it! NAME went to za's for lunch [where we saw some...special people] and then went to the quad [nancy..."chair" marks] it was really sunny and just beautiful.
today was even BETTER because me and adri had tennis and that's always GREAT! but then we got to have our lesson outside because it was so nice. i just love tennis! and the men's team was having a match, so right as we were picking up our stuff all these northwestern hotties came onto the courts around ours to warm up. then we watched illinois stretch for awhile because we were waiting for lauren to pick us up. tomorrow me and adri might go to another men's match at noon. i hope its really nice out again! also we're thinking about going to the nike tennis camp at atkins over the summer because that would be wonderful! but i'm not sure how good it is.
anyway, we went to nancy's afterwards and tanned ourselves for almost 2 hours. it was soooo nice. i cannot WAIT until summer. mel came over and we saw some idiots in the park. then i came home and sat around for a looong time. at 8 i went to sadie's and that's where the FUNN was at tonight.
not really though it was kind of gay in the beginning. but then sadie and hannah got out the blender and we started going crazy with making really shitty milkshakes. hoow beautiful. then me and hannah got REALLY crazy and just ended up making a huge ass mess. tristan got his license! hahahhahaha. hooow funnnaaaay. well then we were all just sitting around and chillin pretty much. when we were all about to leave a party started UP across the street and this one guy came over and was...talking...to us. it was, tight. and the po pos kept driving by. tristan gave me a ride home which was really scary because well its TRSITAN, and he likes to speed. i thought i was going to die.
well now i'm really tired. it would be nice to go to bed early again, eh? alrighty! night night then.

today was tight. watched some good quality tennis with adri after watching next on mtv. that show is hillarious. this one girl was like "next" when the guy said she looked like she listened to avril lavigne. i guess i'd say next too. well i'm not sure how the whole match went because we stayed until 6:30 but they still weren't done. and we were playing centennial so martin was there. that was really funny. and their new tshirts are really ghetto. they should've kept the same ol design. anyway it was fun to chill with christina and lauren for a little bit because well that hasn't happened in a long time. then kelly, katrina and maddie came and that was tight. and i found maddie's postcard but i forgot to give it to her. so now i'll have to wait until monday.
WELL, this weekend should be fun...! and the career fair is tomorrow...well that should be interesting.
i need to SLEEP now though. i'm excited for warm weather on saturday. me and adri may frolick out of doors after our tennis lesson at the bright n early hour of 10 in the am.

today was pretty slow. this week is also going slow. in one week we're going to chi-town with mrs. milton, and that should be HILLARIOUS. and there's an early dismissal on friday which is SUPER. and my quarter grades are looking MUCH better than my semester grades, plus i got 14 extra credit points today in german because she said we were taking a quiz but it was only worth extra credit. that made me SO glad that i studied. of only algebra was going that way...
well i updated my layout with help from axic.org and a pic from dior.com. i like it. now i have to go watch some TV and get some dinner and finish up my math. and any other homework i may choose to put off.

aw naw, the concert last night was tight, yo. there was this one guy who was trying to be ryan cabreera or howev you spell that shit yo mel help me out on dis one...and he had brown hair and this bleach spot on the top of his head and it turned into a racing stripe at the back. mel got a pic. he was hot otherwise tho. and he was with a black guy who was wearing a polo which was tucked in. he really fit in there lemme tell ya. and its funny cuz there was also this girl who obviously thought she was ashlee simpson with her haircut, although it looks better on ashlee. and last but not least there was two guys there who were playing air guitar and singing along to jimmy eat world the whole time.
but as for the concert itself; our seats weren't too bad. except we were c10 row 17 and that is probably 8 or so rows from the very very top. so the band members were about 2.5" tall. but i mean it was still fun except that i only knew 3 of taking back sunday's songs and there were these really annoying girls in front of us who were MAJORLY tone deaf and this trashy guy who first took off his pants and revealed that he was wearing surf shorts and then took of his shirt. and that was just nasty. BUT IT WAS ALL BETTER BECAUSE AFTER THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF LIK 5 PEOPLE TRIPPED UP THE STAIRS. and this one guy almost had a bit of a faceplant. it was SOO FUNNY. the forum or format or whatever the hell they were had some gay ass lyrics but they were good otherwise. and i acctually prefer taking back sunday live. i thought they were less whiney.
now. jimmy eat world was so tight. they had a tight setup and just everything was so TIGHT! they really can sing and they played some great songs from like 7th grade and that was so tight! i really do like them.
the only bad thing is i was just getting over my sore throat/near voice-losage from the illini game last monday when we go to this concert and now its happening all over again, and it will be happening all over AGAIN in about a week when i see CAKE!
ok well i have some things to do. last night was so fun though!

um oklahoma was a lil too long but the acting was really good. and it was so fuckin hot in the auditorium. then hannah was wearing a purple vest and that was just WONDERFUL....and john was Ummmm a bit freaky.....it was really funny though when we came out of the auditorium eveyone had huge pitstains and you just have to laugh at those. and then it got really gay so we busted.
then we hit up dominoes and had sex with these guys...i mean they yelled at us. and then we went back to amy's house because it was the closest. OMG she has the most beautiful house! i love it so much. then she gave us her old clothes and i took a really cute shirt from hollister which is a bit short, so i plan on layering it with a beater, eh? and some silver jeans which i LOVE. she is so tight!
now me and mel are making pictures on art.com and sending them to eachother because we are so COOL....

last night was TIGHT...after getting mc d's me and nanc totally wasted 2.5 hours watching queer eye for the straight guy and for the texan guy. then we went to adri's and sat outside reading and mel picked us up and we rolled on over to nancy's where kev was picking something up outside and his ass crack was almost coming we were yelling at him and then he pulled his complete ass out of his pants. after we dropped nanc off kev followed us on the moped, with his ass STILL hanging out. afterwards we stopped at an undisclosed location and then headed to sadie's where the pizza guys had given them free cheese and pop. and i ate a lot of oreos and gs cookies. mmmmmmm. then we busted out the wigs and did NOT go to pjs and loiter and i lost like 10 bucks in sadie's shirt somehow...lol! then we tried to find tristan but he had left like 4 hours ago. what a tight time that was! dang. aight well i have to go play tennis with adri soon and gotta clean up the house first.

oh, school. school school school. i got a B on my algebra quiz, for the first time, EVER. i think that really is the highest grade i've ever gotten in that class! [exept homework of course becasue it is so easy to get 100% on that stuff]. i'm proud of the grade but i think i could've done better, and i thought i did better on the quiz. but it wasn't stupid mistakes it was just stuff i didn't remember because it was like what ten years ago plus spring break we learned that stuff?
anyway, i thought this week was going slow but then i realized that yesterday i thought it was tuesday and that was why. plus it has helped that i spent the night at adri's on tuesday which was tight, we watched a hillarious episode of queer eye for the texan guy with a guy in a frat and they made over the whole frat house which was really tight. and the guy was so adorable [but also fat and he was like taking his shirt off which was kind of nasty]. and he looked a bit like james augestine but not really. at all. then last night i spent the night at nancy's and kev took us for custard cup which was DEE LISH and i'm so excited for summer now because i'll just have to go there every night when i get my license. and i got a lot of homework done because nanc had to do hers so i figured HEY might as well, eh? then of course we kept eachother up talking. i greatly appreciated nanc and a lettin me stay at their houses though!
now i'm quite excited because i finished ALL of my homework for tonight, and my mom is coming home [she was in chicago which made me so jealous. i want to go SHOPPING] and she's bringing me KFC or kentucky fried cheecken as my grandparents would say. and i watched the oc for the first time in almost a month which made me SO HAPPY! and on the apprentice i was so jealous because they got to design a fashion line for american eagle and then the winners got a shopping spree at BERGDORF GOODMAN. which is SO TIGHT. i was SO JEALOUS!

watching the game at the assembly hall was amazing. yeah, we lost. but it was so awesome to see everyone cheering and supporting our team together. i was so pissed that i forgot my camera.
throughout most of the game i was sad because we were far behind, but then we made an amazing comeback and i thought we could do it but then it was just over. but everyone cheered and yelled and screamed their hearts out 'till the end, and REALLY, now, north carolina is a really good team. there were a lot of problems with calls in favor of n.c. but the illini really did put up a good fight and i think everyone's more proud of them for making it as far as they have than they are upset. i know i am.
it was a really tight experience, plus this guy went streaking down florida and that was about the funniest thing i've ever seen.
i'm really excited about going to meet the team tomorrow, but i have to go in after school for algebra BUT maybe since its an illini thing mr. bechtel will be more considerate....
now i'm really hurting and thirsty from jumping around and screaming my lungs out for almost 3 hours, so i'll be going to bed. i'm very excited about that.
taking back sunday/JEW this sunday? now that's gonna be sum tight shit!
